How to Return an Item
Submit a Return Request
Go to our Return Form and .
Include your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if damaged or incorrect)
Wait for Confirmation
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and email return instructions.
Send Your Item Back
Ship the item using a tracked courier of your choice.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund or Exchange
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is approved.
